How long does shipping take?

Delivery times may vary between 15-35 days. Most of our products are usually delivered within 14 days, but we can't commit to that. Rest assured, we ensure reliable delivery and tracking. Delivery of most of the products derived from China.

Can I return a product?

If you find any defect or missing part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to solve the problem. All returned items must be in the original packaging, and please provide us with the shipping tracking number. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item back.

Are these kits compatible with Lego?

Some of our kits are compatible with standard brick-building sets; however, please note that they are not affiliated with or manufactured by the LEGO® brand.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods for your convenience. Please note that all transactions will be settled in USD

Will I be charged extra taxes or import duties?

For U.S. customers, most orders under $800 are not subject to import duties. Depending on your state laws, local sales tax may apply. For international orders, additional duties or taxes might apply at delivery.

Why wasn’t sales tax collected at checkout?

We are based outside the U.S. and do not have a tax nexus in most states. Therefore, sales tax is not collected automatically. However, your state may require you to report and pay use tax.
